After having no luck with a couple other dealerships I tried Bachrodts after seeing a couple trucks on the internet I was interested in. It's so scary for a woman alone to buy a new, desperately needed, vehicle & not worry about being taken advantage of. Ron Freeman was the ultimate professional in making this happen & I can't thank him enough. We have leased or bought ELEVEN new BMWs or Certified Pre-Owned BMWs from Bachrodt BMW! We have especially appreciated Richard Dummer throughout the whole buying process. I just recently leased a Volkswagen Passat from this dealership. I financed a new Hyundai Elantra years ago from a different dealership and was not impressed. I never felt pressured at Bachrodt's and actually had a fun car buying experience. Joe Luy the Chevy Salesman, TJ the VW Salesman, and Chris the VW Sales Manager were awesome. This was by far the best experience we have ever had at any dealership. Ever. People are wonderful and not pushy. Went out of their way to make us happy! Including fixing a mechanical issue, and repairing a scratch on the car, all before the paperwork was done!! They gave us a fair offer on our trade-in, sight-unseen. All this happened on a Thursday around 4, we were busy on Friday and I assumed we'd come back on Saturday and finish the deal since our trade-in was still in our driveway at home. Not a chance!!!
