I had a recall on my car and made my appointment to have key fixed due to recall. I was told I would be out of there in 15 minutes on the phone. I was there on time for my appointment and had to wait for 1 hour. On a different occasion I called the parts department to check on a gas cap I needed. They have in stock but are only open until 5:00 M-F. I explained I worked until 5:00 and asked if had another option. He asked if I needed it installed and I said no and gave me the same hours again. On Saturday morning I found myself with a 2012 Traverse that needed an alternator at Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet. I am from out of town and and the vehicle stopped running just outside the service door. I was told that they could not do repairs until Monday so I rented a car and went home. One of the worst experience I ever had. I was totally lied to and mislead by Macie. I drove over a hour only to be told I would need $1500.00 down when told by Macie "I get people with lower credit scores than yours in a new car for no money down" I called her twice to express my concerns and was told it would be worth my time to come in, it wasn't. Brought my 2014 Cruze in for first scheduled service. When they got done, I get into my car, and it smells like burnt oil inside. I thought maybe the mechanic didn't wash his hands? As I drove the smell got much worse, so I pulled over and popped the hood. i was shocked when they wouldn't deal with me to correct what they messed up with my car and when Courtney nicely showed me the door saying that she has other customers to help even though there was none and I obviously was not "the customer" for her any more because I had already paid their bill although the job was not properly done.

Lou Bachrodt VW service department is the WORST I have ever dealt with. First they wanted $225 for a 2005 Jetta key fob, the another $200 for programing, I wanted two fobs and was looking at over $650. I ordered two after market fobs for $80 but the service guy would not give me the part number "so I could but it cheaper somewhere else, then when I needed my keys programed, I told him I was going out of town and needed the keys programed in a rush, the same guy could not squeeze me in for week or so. Reprehensible at best. I booked a service for an oil change 5-7 days in advance indicating the year make and model number to them of a car I was to have serviced, a car they had previously seen and was in their system. Arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early and 45 minutes later I was informed that they did not have the oil filter in stock for my car and could not change the oil, a service that had been booked days in advance with all details of the vehicle - but no part?? Bought a new 2014 gti during the .9 financing plus $1000 mastercard gift card that I should receive in 8 weeks for turbo cars incentive. I was even told by Chris That he will get the incentive paper processing right away after I filled it out. So 8 weeks go by figured might take another week or so, still nothing.
