Excellent customer service!! It has been a few months since my last visit but I will be back soon for my next service. The people are friendly and helpful and the work done is of top quality. Courtney was very helpful and I would highly recommend the service department at Lou Bachrodt.

They were able to get my car in right away to evaluate the problem with my radio and order the part quickly. They were able to work with my schedule once the part was in and repair my car quickly. The service was quick and friendly the whole time. My radio now works great and there was no cost since it was still under warranty.

My vehicle would not shift out of park and when I called Bachrodt Courtney K. assisted me and was very friendly and very pleasant. She is an excellent worker and listens. Because of Courtney and the team at Lou Bachrodt at CherryVale I will keep going back there. Courtney worked with us and because of this we are very satisfied customers. KUDOS to COURTNEY. Thanks Again!!!!!

Courtney was very efficient and kind. She does a great job with the customers. I will continue to work with her in the future. I have taken my other vehicle into this dealership and Courtney has assisted me and she was very helpful and kind so that is why I went back with my other car to get the oil changed. She also is checking with me to see if my extended warrenty will repair a small tear in the drivers seat of my vehicle. I consider this going beyond the normal call of duty.

I was a little unsure and nervous when looking to buy a new car. When I was looking around the car lot, Kevin Lee came out asked if I need any help. I want to take a Chevy Cruze for a test drive. He replied sure thing and moved very quickly and effeciantly. For the rest of my visit he answered every question I had and put me at ease. I had a little trouble with my credit and Erica worked her majic and helped me get a loan. I am very happy with my new Chevy Cruze.

I took my car in because it was shaking and the steering wheel seemed to be difficult to control. Caurtney Karau approached me upon arrival and was very pleasant. As it turned out the problem with my car had to do with ice/snow build up. Your team took care of me and I was on my way. It seemed effortless for me. Thank you so much. Courtney Karau keep up the good work!!!!

record snowfall, packed snow in wheel wells....unbalanced ride Ciourtney was able to identify my problem over the phone and subsequently take care of the problem when I visited the dealership after work 15 minutes in and out with a clean (that was a bonus) and now balanced ride Thank you! I needed to get the oil changed on my Saturn Aura. Upon arriving Courtney greeted me and was very friendly and explained that the oil change would be free of charge. And she said I could get the car washed and vacuumed. Then she showed me where the customer waiting area was located. So I believe she is very good at her job. I will tell my friends about the good service.

Our sales man was very helpful and honest. We had not had good experience with Bachrodt before but decided to try them one more time because they had the exact vehicle we were looking for. Turned out to be one of Our best car experiences ever. Thanks Joe.
