A woman by the name of Niecee that makes appointments called us and said they have someone that wants to buy my car. We told them we are way to upsidedown to sell the car and she said she knows everything about our loan and it won't be a problem. They said they had a buyer for the car it will be paid off in full and we could finance a newer one. I told Chris Johnson what type of car I was looking for and that I had looked at the inventory on the internet. He pulled up some cars that met my needs and we went out and looked at them. He advised that one of the three that fit my needs was not available. I noted that this was the one Carfax showed had front end damage. I had told Chris that I need something that was trouble free and he must have felt this car did not fit the bill.

Car needed a major repair after only 31 days of owning it 3 weeks before the first payment and I was told oh well sorry !!!! What a joke this dealership is !!!!

I talk to a sale person all week set appointment and she wasn't even there! Had to deal with someone that didn't even know anything and only want to give me 4,000 for my vehicle pulled my credit report i ask for the report an he wouldn't give it to me.. I drove 40 minutes away to Harvard Illinois found the best dealerships I ever dealt with now I am driving home in the car of my dreams

This is my second new car purchase from bachrodt and definitely my last seeing there are no more GM dealers in the area with out going out of town I'm very pleased with the sales staff but the service department is the worst I've bought 2 new vehicles at jack wolf in the past AND 2 from anderson ford top notch service departments no issues with oil changes or service bring them in no appointment necessary here that was my issue after the first car was service I was reassured when buying the second new vehicle if there are an... read more

Over all happy filled out credit ap thought they did that so they know what rate you'll get. I made my deal at the 4.9 online went in to sign and rate was now 6.4 .. Had I known this I probably wouldn't agreed to the price as that raise the price of the overall car for me Also was some miscommunication about the replacement of the front strut also would of affected my offering price but I do love the car and the fact they let me borrow a big red ribbon to put on it when I gave it to my son

My trunk wasn't opening with my remote key. They wanted to charge me about $1000 dollars to replace a very expensive electronic module ($600) -this was a lie it wasnt broken--and the trunk motor ($300) --this was true--plus diagnosis costs. I knew something was up so I left and for $85 fixed it myself (thanks YouTube). I did replace the trunk motor ($75 online) and it works just fine. I spent $10 on a victory lunch. The lady I dealt with in service was fine, it's the service tech who LIED.
