I had the best experience that I have ever had when buying a car. Joe and Kevin were very helpful and went out of their way to help me find the perfect car. I can't say enough about their willingness to help. I highly recommend the Lou Bachrodt experience.

"Anoche car" I went to a different dealership and I Just wasted my time, they did not pay to much attention to me so I had to come back to see Al Luna to get the deal I was looking for.

"Fil is great" I was fooled by another dealer into thinking I was getting some deals that didn’t exist. Fil explained everything to me about the rebates that the other place said I could get but wouldn’t qualify for once I was there. great service from fil thanks for a second great experience the people make the sale Great

"Couldn’t have been a better experience! " My wife has been struggling with a car she had for just two years. Elctrical problems, front end problems, you name it. "Better than anticipated " I went there with a lease trade in after 18 of 39 months and they bent over backwards to make sure I drove home the vehicle I went there for. Third time buyer from them and be be in the future
We bought a used SUV from this dealership. It was supposed to be "Qcertified". While I don't expect a used vehicle to be perfect, the rear brakes started grinding and it is also leaking oil. I would think anything they claim as certified wouldn't have these kind of problems. Plus they messed up the paperwork and sensor had to drive back there 2 days later and fix their mistake.

I was looking to possibly trade my truck in for a newer used truck. I went to Lou Bachrodt AutoMall, and looked around at the trucks that were on the lot. I didn't see anything that interested me, but there was a salesman who asked me if I had or hadn't seen the trucks in a different area on the lot. He got the keys for a nice truck.
