As always when buying a car from any dealership you have to play the let me take your offer to my manager game, well on this occasion we played that game however we played it for just over 5 hours. This car shopping experience being my daughters first at buying a car I had hoped to not be a discouraging one, but that turned out to not be the case. Got off to a slow start. I had called and made an appointment to test drive a 2015 pre owned vehicle. When my wife and I arrived 2 hours later, we were told that the vehicle was sold. We started to leave when I noticed the car still on the lot. I asked Prosper Rubino if the car had been sold and was told that it was not. Prosper took over and made what could have been a major disappointment into a pleasant experience.

Our initial experience with purchasing our X5 four weeks ago was satisfactory. We were sold on the superior customer service and obviously the quality of a BMW. We began having issues after the first week with the vehicle and have received little to no support to resolve our issue. I have afforded the management at the dealership the courtesy to resolve the issue without posting a poor review through BMW or dealerrater, but have not received the same respect to resolve my issues timely and has become beyond an inconvenience.... read more

Friendly, customer aware service. There is more than "you are just a sales" attitude with the service department. They recognize and greet you by name.

i went in for a recall part. It was busy but when it was my turn no hello, hi, or how are you today. I stood there and when he got done, he didn't tell me about when it would done or o will get you when it is done. After 2 hours or more I went down there and they said it was done. If I didn't go down there I don't know how much longer I would of waited. He said sign here for the paper work and under his breath said thank- you. Next time I will go to Belvedere to get my work done. I was going to but I thought this was closer.... read more

We got the two year service plan and not at any time did anybody say it was only good for 24,000 miles all they said was it good for 2 years, everybody drives different places and put the different amount of miles on every year. I've been driving cars for almost 40 years never put on only 12,000 mile a year.

they said we were financed then they said we weren't they said they would fix rip in door panel then they made it worse by melting it I have had vehicle for over a month and don't even know where to send payment or if it is financed yet who tells u to drive off the lot with no financing but they made us sign papers and made us believe everything was fine......

Sold me a 2010 wrangler that the paint has started to peel because of salt water. Car came from S.C. Looks like storm damage. Avoid this place.

Needed typical 100,000 service for 5 series. Work done to good standard, though found a new clunking sound with trunk hinge. Will take it in tomorrow per conversation with service mgr. Just something minor while checking battery I suppose. Less than stellar phone communication though. Did not call as discussed with findings and timing. When I called at end of afternoon 4:20 nobody picked up line. Then redialed and somebody said they would check on status of my car and call back in 10 min.
