The dealership lied and misrepresented the facts and never delivered a car that I was promised. They failed to return calls and made what should be s happy occasion very unpleasant. I will never return there ever

This is by far the worst bmw dealership in the state of new work!!! Their customer service is horrible after smoking me a lemon of a car and its taken 3 months to find any solution..and still feel they are trying to get one over on me...i wouldnt recommend this dealership too anyone, there are plenty of BMW dealerships out there....

Caution to all buyers!!! Most of the car for sale have service problems, BE VERY CAREFUL! Double and Triple check the car Before drive out the parking lot. Service are POOR and RIDICULOUS! Wait until problems occur on your car, come back to them and GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR CAR! GOOD LUCK. AVIOD BUYING A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!

As of the writing of this review, I am still waiting for a return call from the General manager of this dealership since July, 2011. Should I give up hope? However, the pleasurable experience I have just had at Rallye BMW commands that I write this review. BMW of Bayside was terrible in every way. I was misinformed when it came to the leasing of a BMW X-5 "Corporate Demo". NEVER lease or buy one! I was really taken aback by the attitude that Ms. Bellizzi exuded. She obviously wanted to keep the telephone call short and attempted to do this by repeatedly cutting me off and "answering" the question before it was completed. Unacceptable. Absolutely. I DO NOT wish to be contacted by Bayside BMW.

I have been to BMW of Bayside twice in the past month or so because of two separate issues and both time i got Michael Krulewich as my advisor. And I want to tell everyone about my first experience then my second experience needs a section of it's own. My new 750 Li X has been at the Bayside BMW dealer for 1 month. I have also contacted customer service at BMW USA . They haven't fixed the car, the dealer lies and misrepresents the work orders. The company is run like a fraud. Also, BMW USA tell you the same lies . When I went today to pick up the car, the manager refused to test drive the auto so I could see if it worked, the staff is nasty and very unprofessional.

I won't write too much since my low review will be looked at as an outlier and my experience an exception to the norm, but here goes: BMW of Bayside is by far the *least* professional car dealership I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I thought buying my Nissan a few years ago was bad, but this place takes the cake without a doubt AND I DIDN'T EVEN GO THROUGH THE ENTIRE SALES PROCESS. on 4/6/11 I brought my car in to bmw for repair. I had white smoke coming from my exaust after idleing for a few minutes. Also my check engine oil level warning light kept going on. Also the cars oil level would be low every 2-3 weeks even after I replenished the oil levels with new oil. BMW advised me that my crank case vent valves were torn, I advised them to make the repair. I was also advised that my valve cover gaskets were leaking on both banks, I advised BMW to make this repair as well. It cost me $3,000 in total. Aft... read more

We are very sorry you feel the diagnosis and repair on your 2004 X5 was mishandled. The complaints documented on the April 2011 repair order, which you signed were; Line B "while driving or at idle car will just cut out" and Line F "at idle the RPMs jump up and down and also slowing down" and Line H "low oil level warning light on". No where on the repair order did you ask us to check a "white smoke" problem, nor did we see "white smoke" as if we had noticed this, we would have added that to the 16 issues we recommended for ... read more
