I purchase a CPO from Prestige BMW which had an issue with the glove box lock. Since I reside closer to Princeton BMW, I took my car here. I was told to come back with an appoinment. I took back my car and was provided a loaner car. I was told to replace the lock assembly which was not covered by CPO, though it was less than a week purchased from another dealer. In the past, I have gone inside Princeton BMW and have waited just to get someone to ask me if I need assistance with anything. On those occasions I purchases a Jaguar, Poresche and Audis. But this visit I was greeted by Michael Watson. He was busy with another customer but he wanted to acknowledge me. We set up an appointment and he provided outstanding customer service. This dealership should take note.
Prior to now, this dealer would have been given a 5 star for their service department. However my last experience with them was horrible and unless it's an emergency, I will be hard pressed to ever return to the dealer. When I called the service department out for charging me 2 hours labor to replace an upper radiator hose and re-fill and purge the air from the cooling system, the service manager was very embarrassed and applied a credit for me. Stay away from there's pre owned vehicles and service. I bought back in 2013 bmw 528i and it was nothig but problems since day one and when i brith it back a week later for them to check the problem then they pulled up the list off things that i have to fix but a week before that when i was buying it everything was (perfect). Everytime my wife walks into this dealer for our third Bmw that burns oil only 15,000 miles that cost 100k she gets a hard time and the run around I wouldn't recommend this place for service to anyone the sales department is great but service , they out right suck ! Treat u like xxxx and try and charge for a car that burns oil that's still under warranty , then they give u a attitude if u don't have a opiomtment for quart of oil ?? Treat u like xxxx period

I bought bmw 2013 528xi with 14900 miles on it. I also bought extended warranty. Every since i got it. There was a cracking sound in body interior in bumps. This sound has become more in only 5000 miles more. I took it into dealership 3 times and each time they just dont do anything. I had a great experience while my car was under manufacture warranty. After my first time of horrible experience ($550 extra charge for the service without advising me that something else should be done besides the oil change) with the sales adviser Jason, I decided to give one more chance to the dealer service and asked to assign some other service adviser, but they assigned Jason again. I purchased a vehicle from PBMW in August. the salesman, John Scisly, was teriffic and very accommodating. The car was misrepresented in the AutoTrader ad, and I did not know until after delivery. A financial accommodation was made, but I waited 3-1/2 weeks for my refund and my equity check on my trade-in. Being from the area for some reason I kept Princeton BMW as my last resort (should have came here first and got it done with). I bought a 328i used from Ed @ Princeton BMW and the deal was made in less than 45 mins. Ed was great all way round. No bull shitting, straight to the point, great price, and overall a great level of service that you would expect from a luxury car showroom.
