Chris the salesman greeted my husband and I with the following: Hi, no pressure but since you called someone else is about 90 percent interested in buying this car and if you dont want it I have to call him. At that point I really should have turned around and left. But having driven so far I didn't want it to be a waste of time. Chris was less then friendly and not one function of the car was explained. Actually yelled at my husband and I. Goes outside to chat with people while we were waiting to be seen . Would Never recommend this dealership

Had to almost fight tooth and nail for a refund after they claimed to have performed the service, and the issue was still there. On top of that, they performed VERY shady service for the air bag recall. I NO ONE should feel safe bringing their bmw to this location until they fix their mess. "Took a deposit and sold car out from under me" I’ve purchased 4 cars here, and my family has purchased 10 total. I started working a deal on a 2015 x5 on Saturday. I put a deposit on it Monday morning, and darn near missed a flight doing so. I have a mutually executed deposit form, confirmed it verbally, over the phone and via text message to be sure that the car would be held for me until I returned on Tuesday. This is our first stop for shopping a new bmw x5. it only took a morning to finish everything, and drive the new car back home. highly recommended. however, i could only give a 4 star for dealership. it is because of Jowel Ahmed. "Don't go near this dealership!" Poor service! Never take your lovely BMW to this place. The customer adviser was barely out of high school. Never saw the mechanic, but based on what his advice was, he was unqualified, to put it mildly. I had a problem with my turbocharger, and the adviser and mechanic both said I can continue driving the way it was, because to repair it would be expensive. "Poor Service" I came in as a walk in on a Saturday to find my Service Advisor wasn't there so I asked for Luke's help. He body language and demeanor shows he didn't want to assist...and to top it off he actually told me to come back when my service advisor was available...Poor Service ....Since then he has seen me and does not smile, greet, or inquire about my reason to visit the dealer. I would not recommend him.
I had dropped off my vehicle as I was having issues with my Bluetooth and voice assist feature. I then got a call from the service advisor (Amy) saying that they checked the software and it was up to date and also that the tech who was working on the vehicle ran a couple of tests and was able to pair his phone and use the voice assist feature without any glitches so they said the vehicle seems to be fine. Attempted to work a deal with a salesperson regarding a preowned X5 some time ago. I advised the salesperson that I was leaving to go to the bank to get a bank check. The salesperson stated he would hold the car for me. After returning to the dealership about 75 minutes later with the bank check, I was told that the X5 was just sold to another person.
