The salesman is terrible. As soon as he realized I am under a certain budget, his attitude turns to be terrible. He even threw my driver's licence onto the table. He did not say a single word to tell me the features of the car during the test drive. He only said "Yes." "No.", "I don't know" during the test drive. I was ready to pay by cash to pick up the car, but the salesman ruined by mood. I ended up buying the car somewhere else (with a better price, and much more friendly salesman").

I purchased a BMW a few months ago from Princeton BMW and have had only issues from the purchase process, maintenance and especially customer service. Princeton BMW has been horrible in terms of customer support and friendliness. Rich Robinson was my sales person and he could not provide good advice and was extremely slow and not pro-active. When purchasing the car I had to stay over 3 hours and waited for hours for him to go back and forth with his manager and finally even to put an order it took forever. We have a BMW-X3 that showed low tyre-pressure sign some 1 year ago. I took the car to this service center and they said it is because there is some leakage. Then they changed some parts (and you know that labor is always 3-6 times that of parts). After it was serviced, I went back home as the very next day, it started showing the same sign with some other signs. I called the service person there and he told me to take the car to service station one more time. In last 8 monthst, I have taken my car 3 times, they have charged... read more

After dealer damaged my M%, the service adviser told me to stop busting his xxxxx, because I asked what they were going to do. Then when I received the car back very little of the damage the dealer did was fixed. Never going back to this dealership.

Don't believe anything these guys tell you or write down- When it comes contract time all of a sudden the price jumps. That's what they tried to do to me. I walked out- suggest you save yourself the time and effort and go to another dealer to buy a new car- the others are far more straightforward and reputable

After couple of visits we agreed to buy certified 5 series. Paper work started, car was detailed. Then we saw scratch on the front bumper - right corner. We asked to fix it because it was visible. Now starts all tricks and gimmicks by manager. First it was direct no and the reason for that was Princeton BMW is not making any money on the car so can't spend more !! Do not trust these salesmen at this dealership. They do the classic bait and switch. Do not get conned by these people. Do not trust their lies.

While at this dealership I have had the same issue with the service dept mainly Steven Mullen. Besides being rude he isn't the most honest guy. He lied about my insurance company refusing to cover my sunroof. Made me wait while he did paperwork. Told me there was no one else to help me. Either sit down and wait or leave. Of course I chose the latter. I contacted the manager Mike. He was very pleasant and helpful. I explained to him how I was treated. Contacted them for a lease on a 2015 320 X drive. Got a good price which was their advertised lease special in March. I Emailed the sales rep with everything he offered and wanted to confirm that in writing. The rep replied by Email with a positive answer, and said they had 2 cars in stock for the quoted price. Since it was very close to the end of March, I decided to spend my work time and drive more than 25 miles one-way with my friend over there to close the deal.
