Jane Delivers Again! Service department is great. Staff, especially Jane King, is very professional, attentive and helpful.
Better Communication Would have appreciated my proactive communication from my service manager. Had to track him down several times over the two days my car was being serviced.
Maintaining 2013 BMW I continue to be impressed with the service representatives at the Service Dept of BMW Annapolis. I also greatly approve of their new software noting car problems, reasons if applicable, and cost to perform service.
Great service! Liked the new videos to share progress and identification of issues with the car.
Car scheduling an appointment was very easy. My service rep was named Nick and he was very courteous and gave special attention to certain things I had asked for. Would definitely go back again.

Easy service of my car! My service advisor, Dontae was friendly and welcoming. He kept me up to date while my car was being serviced.
Service Very professional I loved the video they made where I could see them inspecting my car. I probably would have put off new tires but, in the video he showed the outer tread was pretty thin so I got the tires.
Suzy99 Jane king has always been the best service representative. I appreciate the care she takes with the issues I present. She does a good job of keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle service.
