BMW X5 It was a good experience. I loved the video showing me how they looked at my car. The only constructive criticism I have is to have someone who speaks better English. It was very hard to understand him. And I'm very appreciative that they fit me in so quickly.

Top tier dealership Never been to a bmw dealership before but I pick BMW of Annapolis to be my first. Took an hour drive but was very worth it. My sales person was Thomas Hamel, he was very honest and knowledgeable. My interaction at bmw Annapolis was very smooth and easy. Thank you very much for the 2022 228i, I love it.

Excellent!!! Each and every time my vehicle has been to BMW of Annapolis for service it’s been a superb experience - it’s a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
