Excellent Service I had the pleasure of working with Dontae. He was knowledgeable and just a great, friendly attitude, with a huge smile on his face! I have to drive over an hour to get there, but it's hard to find good, honest folks to work on your vehicle, so it's worth the drive!

Outsourced Phone Support and Impossible Communication You use outsourced phone service whenever someone asks for service, even during normal hours. It took 25 minutes even to get through them, and they could never find a human to speak with. I called the sales department, thinking they could help. Nope. They just routed me to the outsourced team, even after I called back and asked them to find me any human in service to help. I moved our car to Passport BMW.
