The service department at BMW of Annapolis (specifically Justin “JP”) checked me in on time, explained what was going to happen, and, gave me an accurate completion time for my vehicle. General service Happy with the service, everyone was very nice, I just don’t understand why,even with an appointment, it took 2 1/2 hours to get an oil and filter change. No time was promised, but it seemed excessively long and people that came in after me were done way before me.

2017 Lexus RX350 Saw they were selling the Lexus for a comparatively good price. Salesman, etc al were very nice. They don't negotiate, but the price was so good there was no need, which made the process actually pleasant for a change. They even paid for an Uber for me to pickup three vehicle. They weren't able to detail the car before pickup but assured me I can have it done at my convenience.

Great Service The BMW service team is very professional, communicative, and easy to work with. They were able to install new rims without isn’t issues and took great care on my car. The waiting area is comfortable and has yummy snacks.

Every dealership should strive to be like BMW of Annapolis! BMW of Annapolis is by far the best dealership in the region, they’re professional, honest and very knowledgeable. At the end of my lease I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and was so overwhelmed and intimidated by the process that I just kept avoiding it and extending my lease, so after 6 months of extensions my time was up and my options were limited (and complicated).
