Friendly, Outstanding service and Fair We’ve bought a number of cars from BMW of Annapolis and each visit gets better. Excellent cars at fair prices with outstanding personnel in sales, management and finance. Very happy with my interaction and new vehicle.

Thank you for my new M240i! I appreciate the great customer service I received from start to finish. Arnita was friendly and welcoming. She was patient and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel pressured to purchase. Arnita found exactly what I was looking for and I appreciate it. Dealing with the financial representative was a pleasant experience as well. Nice experience but problem not fixed 2 separate warning lights led to service; work done on fuel pump sensor but 2 days later warning light back on and need another service appointment. Going to get loaner so car can be kept to assure fully fixed this time

Squeezing me in.... Thanks! Very friendly BMW dealership with an outstanding service and parts department. Jeremy Miller, service advisor, was able to get my car taken care of today, without an appointment, for a quick oil change and headlight problem I've had. While the car was being serviced I was able to go to the parts department to order a replacement side mirror and received it promptly in a few hours as the part wasn't in stock. Emergency Tire Appointment - Poor customer service by Tom Korosa I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, purchased my car from this dealership, and for the most part receive excellent customer service from former & current advisors (Tommy, JP, Nick) until two recent interactions with Tom Korosa.
