Nice experience but problem not fixed 2 separate warning lights led to service; work done on fuel pump sensor but 2 days later warning light back on and need another service appointment. Going to get loaner so car can be kept to assure fully fixed this time

Jeremy Miller, service advisor, was able to get my car taken care of today, without an appointment, for a quick oil change and headlight problem I've had. While the car was being serviced I was able to go to the parts department to order a replacement side mirror and received it promptly in a few hours as the part wasn't in stock. Emergency Tire Appointment - Poor customer service by Tom Korosa I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, purchased my car from this dealership, and for the most part receive excellent customer service from former & current advisors (Tommy, JP, Nick) until two recent interactions with Tom Korosa.
