My new service center! Great service! I came here the last 2 times for my car service and each time it was great. Today soon as you walk in someone greeted you to let you know they will be with you shortly. My service advisor( Dontae) was amazing!

Outstanding Customer Service Purchased our first X5 from BMW of Annapolis. Great experience from start to finish. Great Care Service provider was Dontae and he is really kind and helpful. He takes time to explain, look up and clarify any questions. The mechanics are awesome and I like their new video service as it really helps with understanding what's wrong. They are really nice and know what they are doing. I only like to go to this location because of their service. Thank you!
