First BMW service ever The service service advisor was extremely professional. I also appreciate the waiting room accommodations, as I was able to connect to the network and use the business center to attend virtual meetings and get real work done as my car was being serviced.
Prompt and kind My service was simple: mount front license plate after a move from a one-plate state. I’m mildly handicapped by poor blood pressure and the staff quickly helped me to a seat so I could recover. I don’t like to cause a kerfluffle but I did and I really appreciate the low-key treatment as well as the service that I requested. Thank you all.
