Service always has my back! Got hit with some big estimates on repairs. Jane who is my favorite service rep went to Eric to check of BMW would step up. They advocated and helped reduce my out of pocket substantially. The fact the inquire shows they had my back and so did BMW of North America! Thank you!

Incredibly Efficient! Purchasing my second 3 Series from BMW of Annapolis proved to be both a pleasant and efficient experience, thanks to the great advocate I had in Arnita. She kept me well informed during this challenging car buying season and helped me accomplish a great deal online. I literally spent only 30 minutes at the dealership. Oil Change and Brake Fluid Change Knowable service representatives and excellence waiting area-social distanced seats, good selection of coffee and drink choices and comfortable seats. Premium brand price levels. Restrooms good condition not excellent.
Drive it buy it Salesman Andrew Couglin was great to work with. Professional in all phases of the transaction. Andrew understood exactly that I was there for a quick no nonsense deal.
