Incredibly Efficient! Purchasing my second 3 Series from BMW of Annapolis proved to be both a pleasant and efficient experience, thanks to the great advocate I had in Arnita. Oil Change and Brake Fluid Change Knowable service representatives and excellence waiting area-social distanced seats, good selection of coffee and drink choices and comfortable seats. Premium brand price levels. Restrooms good condition not excellent.
Drive it buy it Salesman Andrew Couglin was great to work with. Professional in all phases of the transaction. Andrew understood exactly that I was there for a quick no nonsense deal.
In and out withou any concerns. The service advisor did a great job explaining everything and put me at ease confidence that the maintenance issues would be taken care of.
