Terrific New BMW 530 IX drive I can’t say enough about the buying experience. From the first contact from the web to the first phone call everything was great. My sales professional Ben was the best. Two for one My horn on my 2019 430 didn’t sound right so I took it in the next day. The service rep was professional and advised me that there was a recall for a smaller issue. The repairs were covered under the warranty and I was happy to deal both issues on the same trip. We have owned four BMWs over the years and Annapolis BMW is the best service department we have felt with. Good job!

Excellent service So happy that I decided to take advantage of the 3 oil change package! My friendly service rep, Dontae, was low pressure, very informative, and efficient. Very affordable service considering the car was covered in salt and they washed and vacuumed it for me too. It looks great! I look forward to going back in 7000 miles.
