There is a bmw dealership 8 blocks from where I live and I drive 45 minutes out of my way for Fields BMW. Chris in service is great. He is kind and easy to work with and always finding the best ways to solve the problem easily and efficiently. I always recommend this service department.

Chris Goodrich was my service advisor and as always was extremely helpful. I originally came in for a safty recall but needed an oil change so I also had an oil change done at the same time.

Another great experience with Fields BMW service department. Very happy with with my SA Chris Goodrich. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. My 2011 BMW X5d was fixed on time and fixed correctly. Mr and Mrs Field's know how to treat their customers. Thanks again!
