All, I have been a customer of Fields BME for the past 8 years and we used to recommend it to all friends and family. A month ago we dropped our 2008 BMW 535i for a service, Christian was the service rep, the total estimate for the repaid was $6000 and the exact cost to repair the immediate issue was $3500. I asked the rep to just put a battery in the car and I will take the car to another service shop to evaluate the car. They said they will not do I asked since it’s a waste of my money but $3500 is ideal to fix the car. I ... read more

I'm concerned about a review on Jan 25. The car was brought in for service with an extended warranty and the warranty was not accepted due to after mkt parts being found on the car. My concern is that field BMW sold the car with after market parts and would not accept the extended warranty for service

I came in for an appointment that I scheduled for my vehicle my vehicle had extended warranty when I scheduled the appointment always set is I would pay $50 deductible after taking the vehicle to Fields BMW and dropping the car off I received a call from the service advisor named Brandon and told me that because of my aftermarket parts my warranty would be void which was not explained from the start as a service advisor you should advise the customer on what or what not is covered and any type of disclosures prior to servici... read more

I was told it's a known issue but not solution is abailable . So I left with the same issue and no resolution . . It was frustrating because I want my car to be functional .

FIELDS dealerships train the most unethical and dishonest human. Fields BMW Northfield bullied me for the whole 8 years after I purchased and service my car there. Don't waste your time and money at these FIELDS dealerships. They indicated they had a new team for management but this is not true. They just rotate managers to a different FIELDS dealership. You did not leave contact information. I was already conned by Richard Weinstein to have a meeting with him. At the meeting, he checked my records, looked at me and said, "You are a loyal customer." AND YOU KEEP COMING BACK? He told me off in less then 5 minutes, In addition, he indicated, IT IS NOT UNCOMMON FOR CUSTOMERS TO REPLACE 10 TIRES FOR THE SAME BMW. This is UNETHICAL BUSINESS! It was the worst car dealer experience that I ever had in my life! Nick (manager) shows the kelly's blue book value on his computer and reduces price by 5000 to 7000 dollars while buying your car. When you go home and check the kbb value of the same on your computer, you will be shocked to see the price difference in thouands of dollars. For me he showed the kbb price as $21000 for 2014 Mercedes-Benz GLK 250 Bluetec (very good condition). Just got a reply to my initial review/comment about poor service at Fields BMW. It took A YEAR to get any reponse at all! Sadly, the comments about all of the corrections and management changes are COMING FROM THE SAME MANGEMENT TEAM I DEALT WITH DURING THE TIMES OF BAD SERVICE. Hence the title, "WHAT A CROCK". Would never buy here again.

I received great service but because you won't give ma a loaner I Will probably never go back .I bought the car elsewhere because of your negative sales practices and this no buy no loaner policy is just just an extension of your heavy handed behavior
