Kris was an excellent Sales person - very patient, never pressured us into buying our car, and considered all of our requests. Did not always say yes, but he gave us the courtesy of consideration.

My family has been purchasing cars from Fields for over 20 years but to me, this was my first purchasing experience with them. I came out with a fair deal, a nice car and most importantly, pleased with the whole experience (buying a car ranks high on my "Things that Stress me" list). Many thanks to our salesperson Kris Mroz for he made difference.

Wednesday I called and got a next-day service appointment. Thanks to my extended service and maintenance warranty, I paid a $50.00 deductible for regular 10,000 mile oil change etc., front brakes replacement, sensor replacement, oil filter gasket leak, and faulty windshield wiper replacement. Because my X3 had to stay overnight, I was provided with a loaner car. My car was even washed prior to delivery. Mr. Goodrich and the Fields service staff are just plain great! Thank you, Fields BMW.

I have been a customer of Fields BMW for about fours years and I have found the experience to be heads and sholders above any previous dealer or service center, going back almost 30 years. Jerry has been my preferred Service Rep since the first time he helped me at Fields. I have found him to be straight forward and extremely helpful. I never feel that I am being sold a bunch fixes I don't need, so I have a high level of trust in what Jerry recommends. Thanks.

i have been a Fields delaership customer for over 30 years, beginning with the Jeep dealership that was on Ridge Ave in Evanston. when i bought my first BMW, over 11 years ago, I was very impressed with the dealership, sales and service. Over the years I have come to know Jerry Marichal very well, thru work, and always have a very pleasant, positive experience when I bring my car in for service. I own a 2001 BMW 740iL with only 80,000 mies on it. I love this car and it has been maintained well. I did not have any problems with it until persistent battery problems and NAV/radio started occurring around Thanksgiving 2009. The causal factors for the battery/NAV/radio problems were very difficult to isolate but Brian Cullinan, the Director of Service at Fields BMW (Northfield, IL), worked in concert with BMW North America to troubleshoot the issues and Brian was an advocate on my behalf. The service advisor went out of his way to save me money.....:.He advised me that since since Bmw would not have the correct battery in stock for several months; I can purchase the correct battery at Sears & Fields can program & install it.....This process saved me several hundred dollars; .. since the battery had to be re-programed only once [not twice].....I believe Anibal Ruiz was very accomodating & used his thought process to help save me several hundred dollard......PLEASE CONTINUE TO KEEP QUALITY, PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYE... read more
