I was not planning on buying a BMW as my wife's replacement car. I agreed to stop at Fields BMW because it was convenient and had my wife convinced we should be shopping another car at another place which we agreed we would do. I would DEFINITELY recommend Fields BMW service department. Ed Palomeno is an exceptional service advisor. He takes great care in providing quality service for his customers. I would like to tell you about an exemplary employee--Ed Palomeno. I recently damaged my car, was very distressed and he took me by the hand. I recently brought my BMW X5 in for service and was greeted by service writer Ed Palomeno. I have never been treated so politely and courteously! From the moment I arrived Ed was engaged in my service issues as if I was the only person in the extremely busy service department. I've been coming to Fields for a very long time now. It is the only place I will buy/service my vehicle from. Although I certainly can take my car somewhere else I choose to only work with Fields. Anyone can do a good job on the car but what keeps my coming back is the excellent customer service that I'm given at every single visit. Within the past 3 weeks I purchased my 4th BMW in 6 years from Fields Auto Group. They offer great salesmanship from Carmen Cabrera, and their service department with Ed Palomeno as my point of contact and Brian Cullinan as the Director both of whom are second to none.
