These guys were great. I showed up on a busy Saturday and John (Sls Mgr) showed me the cars he had and gave me the best price I'd heard all within 25 minutes....no games, no BS. Regrettably, the color /option package did come together so I didn't buy the car there, but this is the guy to get it done. I did use their price elsewhere though.......

Worst dealership around. When I called to make an appointment they were very rude on the phone they were surprised I had not brought my car in for service there before. When I arrived I had to wait for 20 mins for someone to even greet me. Then when after the service was preformed I had to ask them if it was done when I saw the car sitting there for 20 mins. No car wash no interior protection for when there techs got in with dirty clothes. I definitely will not be going back. Way to many dealers with better service

"Received a letter stating my car is eligible for an..." Received a letter stating my car is eligible for an upgrade, only to arrive at dealer and be told it's not the case! To make things worse, there wasn't much explanation from the service about the details of why the mistake was made or any effort to try to correct it. So much for spending a LOT of money on a car only to find out that it's obsolete in about 4-5 years!

"This is the worst dealership you can deal with in my..." This is the worst dealership you can deal with in my opinion and the owner Dan Fields is a joke. They lied to me about the condition of a car. They are the typical used car salesman. Plenty of other companies to use. I have seen the many bad reviews and do not be their next victim, be smart and look elsewhere.

"Sneaky, disrespectful, and do not do business with them" Be extremely cautious when you are buying car from this ridiculous dealer. Had 2 experiences, they will never ever have any business from me and I suggest everyone else be cautious. Knauz is way better and not that much far out. 1. "Se mi emergency service" I had a run flat tire than was no longer a run flat but a flat. Turned out I needed 4 new tires which you had. After replacing the tires & doing some other work, my car was ready exactly when told. The 1 problem I had was no one put down paper on my mat & it was quite dirty from all the black shoes the workmen have.
"Used car purchase" I didn’t get a fair price for my trade in. I had to pay an extra 3000 plus dollar to pay off my car, which I think should have been offered to offset the price of my bmw.
Jerry's assistance and advice was very valuable. He guided me through the need for an extended service plan and why I didn't need it
