Great place to visit to purchase a car. Dave was very understanding of our needs and worked very close with myself to find the right car for my budget and needs. Highly recommend Dave for anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used BMW. Dave was patient, helpful, understanding, and eager to help identify a car given my budget and requirements. It is not easy to find a low mileage car, with all the extra toys in it AND be a manual. If I could score them more than a 5 I would!

I was very pleased with Fields BMW from my first step into their doors, up until I drove my new car home. I had the pleasure of dealing with Goran and Evan whom had an answer to all my questions. They made the negotiation process very easy and painless. I will without a doubt be purchasing my next car from them again. If you find something you like from Fields BMW I highly recommend seeing Goran and Evan.

Reviewer went a little overboard with description of a seven year old X5 with a clean carfax. The vehicle had some paint work and it is true that the hood had a small burn area from someone buffing to hard, far from a "WRECK" its a very nice vehicle. As a matter of fact local customer who purchased X5 is very happy. Have tried several times to contact reviewer and discuss situation, no luck.

I highly recommend Fields BMW for sales and service. They have a great facility with friendly, courteous staff who are well informed and efficient. There waiting area is spectacular, with food and beverage service that is top notch. I have worked with sales associate, Tom Brandt, many times through the years. Jerry is extremely knowledgable and helpful. He goes out of his way to addrss my problems and take care of them. We purchased our 740il, new. from Fields. Our experience has been OUTSTANDING since day 1. I've been going to Field's BMW since I bought my first BMW. I have always had a great experience at their shop. They go out of their way to explain what's being done and why. The mechanic's are first rate and the repairs are always done on time. They've even added a chef in the morning that makes breakfast while you're waiting for you car to be finished. They've always been very fair on their pricing with me and have just instituted a mileage club that gives a 15% discount for service on high mileage BMW's, which saves me a ... read more

The people at Fields BMW could not have been more helpful than they were. They, and I mean everyone, who I had contact with truly wanted me to be absolutly satisfied regarding my exchange of cars 2008 650 for a 2010 650. My 2008 car could not be fixed properly and along with BMW the Fields organization set out to make me happy, and they did. I would recommend Fields to anybody looking for a car that they sell. I wish them the very best!

I've taken my 2000 5 series here multiple times. Only 1 slightly bad experience where they didn't discover they had ordered the wrong part until they were 50% done. ugh ! They did however, give me a loaner on the spot. I found the service advisors very fiendly, pro-active, and informative. They were also extremely quick at diagnosing most problems. I really have no complaints. The late service hours are a real plus.
