Excellent service experience! Jerry M. the Service Representative was friendly, supportive, and responsive. The service work required that my car stay overnight at the dealership and a rental was provided, no charge. The work was completed on-time and the service issue was resolved. Thank you Fields!

When Fields BMW said "Fields BMW matters because you matter" It means it well. Last Saturday I brought my X5 in for Vehicle Check and Oil Change. I was not happy during the first 15 minutes of my first time vising this Services team because I did not understand how each customer should be helped during dropping off a vehicle. People complain a fair amount (yes, even on the north shore) over the smallest things when they don’t get done right. So in breaking from that tradition, I wanted to let you know when things are done right.
