"Excellent Service and Sales" My salesperson Jae Lim was extremely professional and courteous. He took the time to help research cars for me and explained what was happening during the course of the sale. He also took the time to understand my driving needs and was able to get me placed into the right vehicle. I ended up buying an X3 for my wife and plan to come back to purchase a 5 or 7 series. Usually I don’t post, but the service was excellent all the way from sales through financing.

"BMW X3 UPGRADE" I just wanted to give appreciation to Salesmen Harold Blackwell. This gentlemen and I met a week or two ago, while I was car shopping to replace my BMW X3. I was approved but, decided to just keep my car due to high monthly notes Harold continued working his magic to get the car note or a newer car down to where I wanted it. "Great experience.." Took my 2018 BMW X3 and my 2014 3series in for service.The loaners cars were waiting and ready for me and my fiancé as soon as we arrived Brittany hill did an amazing job as my service advisor!!She didn’t a great job having everything ready and the service was completed for both cars in a very timely fashion with no hiccups.Highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Baltimore county area or even further i would travel great distance for this level of professionalism.
