My husband and I were treated with the utmost customer service beginning with the salesman, the financial department, and the other sales tech people at the dealership. Customer service and satisfaction were the priority throughout the experience. .we are so lapel eased with the automobile and feel like we can call and go to the dealership for any needs and assistance. They make you feel comfortable and like family.

My wife and I were traveling from Port Saint Lucie in southeastern Florida to celebrate Mother's Day weekend with my sister, who lives in Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast. Very recently I got my 2014 BMW 228i through Fields BMW Lakeland. That was my first time obtaining BMW through Fields and didn't know what to expect. Had an opportunity to get my vintage BMW serviced at Fields and they did a super job! My car runs like new and the quality of service and care I received was exemplary. I purchased a 2006 Toyota 4Runner from Fields BMW. All I have to say is the service was excellent and continues to be fantastic. Phill went out of his way to help with the sale and even after the sale continued to help with any thing I needed. The business office also was a big help with some tag issues that were created by another dealership. I would highly recommend this dealer ship to any one looking for a new or used vehicle. You won't find a more service oriented dealer.
