Safely Rolling Again I heard a tapping noise coming from my rear tire and discovered a wide headed nail or tack. I had recently purchased my tires from BMW West. I took my vehicle in unplanned at 3p on a Saturday. They replaced my tire and washed my car within an hour and I was safely rolling again.

Air Bag Repair I had the final repair on the airbag recall, and it was done within an hour. In and out! Also - I own 2 "older" BMWs that I have consistently had serviced at BMW of West Houston. My service advisor, Joanna Wolf, has always worked with us in getting the best value for the repairs needed. The quality of the repairs has been excellent. I don't believe the old adage that the dealer is too expensive. I have tested this with a real life experience with an engine repair and the "other shop" was a lot more expensive. ... read more

Yearly Maintenance It was time for the yearly service to my X3, and BMW of West Houston was absolutely fantastic! I was able to quickly schedule the service online including having my car picked up then delivered back to me. Usually, I waste 3 to 4 hours sitting in the dealership, so this alternative was wonderful. I received phone calls as needed and was kept "in the loop" during the process.
