I had a great experience in BMW of Westlake. I traded in my car and got a new one all process went smoothly and fast. Kelly Cavanagh was very helpful. I inquired couple of months ago for a car I was interested in, at that time it was not available. Kelly Kept me informed since then, whenever a car was available she emailed me so finally they got the car I was looking for and bought it. It was great experience and I highly recommend BMW of Westlake.

Staff friendly and car was serviced quickly. Did not like that my vehicle was not washed and I was unable to get a loaner. I expected more from BMW.

Due to vehicle shortages we don't have as many courtesy vehicles as we used to, right now we're having to schedule a month out, we apologize for the inconvenience.
