Our BMW advisor Jim L. was amazing, our entire interaction with him very professional and actually enjoyable, Jim was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle we purchased and also research the best rates for us, When I met with the fiance director to complete paperwork he was awesome and displayed excellent customer service and before we drove off the lot the BMW specialist (Dirk) walked us to the vehicle explaining all the bells and whistles.
