"First-time customer" I am a first time customer at the Strongsville location. I am NOT a fan of car dealerships for service, however my experience here changed my mind (at least about one). I was treated with respect, courtesy, HONESTY, and I felt valued. I didn't purchase a vehicle from them but it didn't seem to matter. Cassie was awesome. Tom was knowledgeable. I was squeezed in for a prepurchase check and the time frame I was promised was honored. They will be my go-to dealer for service for my new car.

"Ultimate Buying Experience " This is our fourth BMW and the last three were from Jerry Mancini at BMW of Westlake.
