"Very knowledgeable staff the did a great job" We will use them in the future. The use of a loaner vehicle brought to our house and our car being picked up for service is an awesome option. Keep up the good work.

"Very easy to work with" My wife and I were looking for a used BMW for our son. We saw a car online that we were interested in and happenened to be close so we stopped to see the car. With COVID-19 and without an appointment we weren’t sure if we’d be able to drive it. We were greeted promptly by Tom who assured us he’d be happy to show it to us and let us drive it. "Cassie from BMW Middleburg Hts Service department was..." Cassie from BMW Middleburg Hts Service department was able to take me in the next day I called to make an appointment. They were able to quickly pinpoint the problem (valve gasket replacement). Due to the length of time needed to service the car, Jacob dropped me off at my house and and Pete picked me up later on. I’m very pleased with the text updates that Cassie provided during the process.
