The level of service that we experienced from "Q" and Dan at Middleburgh Hts BMW was great! From the moment that we called from Columbus OH to inquire about a vehicle we saw online to the moment we pulled off the lot with our new vehicle we were treated WELL! My husband and I just purchased two vehicles from Q and I have to say that is was the most stress free car sale I have ever had! Everyone we came in contact with were all very pleasant and helpful. We worked primarily with Q and Dan and both were very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a quality vehicle in a stress dress environment.

John Redden at BMW of Westlake was very helpful and patient throughout the deal. I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy or lease. He provided all the info I needed. I didn't have to sit around for hours waiting for paper work to be processed and there was no hard sell on the car. If this car lives up to my expectations, they will have my business again.

It was time to replace my old 2000 323i BMW so I talk to Steve Mihalic at BMW of Westlake and he hooked my up the best lease deals going on. Not only did he help me get into my 528xi but he came to the Middleburg Hts location because it was closer to me. He went out of his way to bring me the car I wanted and could not have asked for better service. I got this lease at a great price and everything was brought to me for my ease. If your looking for a great deal on BMW's then this is the place for you.
