We are thrilled with our new BMW X5!!!! Just a few short weeks ago, we purchased our first BMW. Alicia Taylor was amazing!! She uncovered what was important to us and took the time to find the right vehicle. I have been driving BMW's for the last 25 years. Miami, NY , CT, and now back home in Cleveland. It was time to turn in my 535 and I wasn't sure what I wanted. Jerry Mancini was so patient!!! Awesome, awesome, awesome! Is the only word to describe my experience with Middleburg BMW. My salesman was Q, which he was an outstanding individual that has vast knowledge with vehicles and got me into what fit me perfectly! Hassle free, no headaches. Easily the best dealership experience I've ever had. Q will be my salesman and go to guy for my family and friends, couldn't ask for anyone better. The whole staff is great and very friendly! Can't say enough positive things!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They go above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle that fits your needs . They also took the time to go over every feature in my new car saving me time digging through the Manual. I couldn't find another dealership to come even close to the deal I was receiving from BMW of Westlake . It was also nice not dealing with typical pushing high pressure sales while I explored all options. I will be a continued costumer and Highly recommend them!
I worked with Q at the Middleburg heights location and was initially interested in a 2013 535ix. They let me test drive several cars, and I actually took a liking to a older car (2008 535ix) There was no pressure to make a move on either car, and they let me take the car over the weekend to decide!!! Most other dealers would not even let me take a car without a sales rep in the car. Even got to talk tot he tech who did the major work to the car prior to sale. Q was great- great team. Would buy from again!!!
