Good experience with BMW of Westlake. Worked with Steve who was knowledgeable and took time to explain many of the features of the 535ix. Would recommend this group for anyone looking to buy or lease a BMW.
The salesman Steve Mihalic was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. His experience and expertise in his field was obvious. I completed the majority of the transaction over the phone and internet. It made for a smooth delivery of the vehicle I was purchasing. Even though I had been to BMW of Westlake for service, I had never purchased a vehicle from them until April 2nd. Our salesperson, Putrri Padbatan, was enormously helpful, delightful and informative throughout the process. Further, at the time of delivery Dirk Steffen spent 2 and 1/2 hours with my wife and me, in the vehicle, explaining and demonstrating the various features.
