I really enjoyed the entire sales experience. Ken was extremely professional. He was knowledgable and most helpful getting us a fair price. I will be returning next year to purchase another BMW.
I bought my new M3 from Ken Delk, and because I am from out of state, all negotiation and deal done via email or telephone. I had a great experience at this dealership. It was my first BMW purchase, and they made it personal, easy, and stress-free. The staff explained everything in its entirety. Great staff they made it all happen for me after losing all hope. Couldn't get the car I wanted but they gave me other options that were great choices for get prices. Settle on a deal with the help of Q (one of the Salesmen) at BMW Middleburg Hts. Overall a great job i love my new car & will continue to do business with the dealership.

Felt most comfortable with BMW than any other brand. The dealership was no pressure and not snotty. My salesman, Steve M, is the best. I looked at Audi, Mercedes, Volvo and finally BMW. My salesman listened to what I wanted and didn't try to steer me to anything else. I would recommend Steve M to anyone looking to buy a BMW. The whole process was actually fun and though it always takes time to finish the final paperwork and such, everyone at BMW Westlake made it easy.
