Dirk was fabulous from the time we first walked in the dealership just checking out our options until we walked out with keys in hand. He was not pushy. He was very informative and answered every one of our questions. There months after the sale, he has helped us out with any questions that we have needed answered about our vehicle.

I would like to say how comfortable I felt during the entire process. Jerry Mancini is about the nicest, down-to-earth guy you could ever meet. He took all the time I needed going over the car, answering every question I had. Fred Palmer, the certified gm, came up and introduced himself- I was very impressed. It's been a little over a year since I purchased an M3 E92 Coupe from Robert Strecker at Ganley BMW. Six months of searching for one's perfect color/option combo had finally connected me to a solid lead. I was searching for a new Cadillac CTS or BMW 3 series and visited several dealers. My experience at those other dealers was not that great as they were very pushy to upsell to a more expensive car and quickly close a deal without lettig me get to know the car and its features/options. I stopped at Ganley BMW and was pleasantly surprised by the way they do business. The reason I am writing this review is to express the exceptional service I received from Ganley BMW. Brooks Rorapaugh is knowledgable and efficient. I knew I wanted another 3 series. I communicated my equipment, payment, and safety needs and Brooks handled the rest. It was the first time I have purchased a car and felt like I walked away a winner at every level. The BMW brand speaks for itself. The cars are amazing; however the staff at Ganley BMW truly makes the process painless.

The purpose of my review is to rave about the exceptional service i received when i purchased my 328i. As a first time BMW owner I was not aware that just like the promise of first class car service i would too recieve first class client advisor service. John Caruso helped me to locate the perfect vehicle for me that would allow my family and I to ride in style with an affordable payment. My experience at Ganley will be one that I share with everyone.

The car was purchased as a gift, so I cannot comment on the buying process/experience. But since I've driven off the lot, the dealership has been easy to reach, fast to respond, and more than pleasant to work with. Anything I needed, be it a short question answered or a spontaneous drop in, they've been all smiles to providing the service. I also want to thank BMW Middleburg for also providing me w/ my new winter car mats. They are wonderful!!

The ENTIRE staff especially John Caruso exceeded every expectation I had. I have purchased several BMW's, and can say this dealership is exceptional. Would not consider going anywhere else.

I has a wonderful experience leasing my first BMW from Ganley BMW. I was treated with respect. My husband and I explained what type of deal we were looking for and John made that happen.
