Roland was great at diagnosing issues on my previous BMW. Jay was good at following up with my interest in a new BMW. The others were all friendly and responsive.
I worked with Ken Delk and found him to be knowledgeable, meticulous and amicable. The price that I received is reasonable and the car actually has more features than I hoped for. This is the second BMW that I'm leasing with Ken as the client advisor and I have no complaints whatsoever. John Caruso also helped once when Ken was out of town and he was friendly and knowledgeable as well.
To BMW Corporate, Just a note to let you know how satisfied I was with the sales persons involved, Dirk Steffen, and his brother, Frank Steffen. Dirk was extremely helpful with the purchase of my wife's BMW X-6 lease. He was very attentive and informative. Had an absolutely great experience with Dirk! He went out of his way and stayed late to ensure we had the level of support necessary to make an educated decision regarding the lease of our new BMW. His communication and friendliness was essential in obtaining the exact car we wanted. The Ganley dealership also went out of their way to obtain the car from another dealer in Michigan and have us driving the vehicle prior to 2013! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
