I ordered a 2013 BMW X6. Vince was great to deal with and very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. His 20 minute run through saved me hours of reading an instruction booklet. I would highly recommend this dealership.
They made the buying experience quick and easy for me. The negotiation was pressure free and concluded quickly. They know how to get right down to it. I highly recommend every aspect of this dealership.
John Caruso was very helpful throughout my entire car buying experience. He demonstrated both knowledge and patience during the test drives. John helped to arrange a lease extension while my new car was on order and then checked the production progress regularly, keeping me informed along the way. My overall experience was very positive with John and I would recommend his service to others.
It was a pleasure dealing with shawn and his finance team. They were professional and NOT high pressure. After having some troubles getting to the dealership by closing time on a Saturday @ 5 pm to pick up our car, we found the Ganley team to be curtious even though I am sure they wanted to go home.
