I recently purchased a new 535i at Ganley and was very pleased with the experience. I worked with Brooks Rorapaugh and he spent several hours with me test driving various models and describing the key features of each. Brooks was very open regarding pricing, incentives and opportunities to buy new, service loaners or CPO vehicles. We recently moved to NE Ohio and pruchased a used X3 from Ganley. The customer service and attention to detail that Jerry provided to us was second to none. We are previous BMW owners (purchased on the east cost) and will certainly be back to purchase another BMW from Jerry and Ganley.
Ganley provided the most professional and courtious experience I've ever had purchasing a new car. I met several other individuals while they were delivering my car from the General Sales Manager, to Sales, to Mechanics. All polite and generally sincere individuals with a passion for what they do!
John was an excellent advisor on the purchase of my first BMW. He answered all my questions well and educated me without being aggressive. He was more interested in meeting my needs than making a sale. He gave me an excellent demo of the car's capabilities and features. The buying process went smoothly and the car with delivered on time as promised.
Excellent buying experience! This is our second car purchased through Ken Delk, and he was helpful, patient and considerate as usual without a hint of pressure. Frank Steffen went the extra mile to make sure we got the exact car we wanted from another dealer, and then exceeded our expectations on price. Mike Hall actually made signing the paperwork an informative and enjoyable experience. Ganley remains our go to BMW dealer even though there are two dealerships closer to our home.

I dealt with both. Mr. Steffen & Cuffaro. Frank orchestrated the deal and as usual was extremely progressional and honest. He made the experience pleasant and painless. Overall I had a good experience at Ganley BMW. The price I paid for my car including trade-in was good. Ken was not your typical car salesman, no hard sell and didn't pressure me into buying something I didn't want. I was very happy with this and Ken answered any questions I asked and made a fair deal for me. I'm very happy with my car purchase and would recommend Ganley BMW for a new BMW purchase.
