"I rated the service area as excellent and the people..." I rated the service area as excellent and the people there are fine to work with. The work was done properly and in a timely manner. My issue was price, as I felt the work needed should have been handled when the vehicle was being certified in November of 2020. The work would not have been necessary just 5 months later!
