The entire service team including Nate, John and Brittany have all been outstanding to work with and ensure each service trip is excellent. I have been getting cars from BMW westlake for the past 10 years and the experience from sales to service has been a pleasant one.

"The service on my car was excellent but I had an issue..." The service on my car was excellent but I had an issue with the payment. The credit card machine was not working. They asked me to leave my credit card information on a post it note to be used when the machine was working. I did it but was uncomfortable about it after leaving. I didn’t like the idea of my information being left in that way. I will have to watch my statement for any possible fraud charges in the future since I don’t know what happened to that post it... read more

"This is the 3rd BMW I have purchased from BMW of Westlake..." This is the 3rd BMW I have purchased from BMW of Westlake and the 2nd from Nez. The experience was fantastic. We checked out a few other mid-size SUV's and we couldn't come close to the BMW quality or the experience BMW of Westlake offered. Nez and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, patient, and low pressure.
