Having driven BMW's for over 40 years, I have experienced many service departments and they are at the top of the list. In particular, Brittaney is our service representative and she is outstanding. She is very knowledgeable, efficient, prepared and customer focused. It is in a large part why I have suggested to my friends to purchase their BMW's here, and they have.
