My service advisor Rachel Rhea Is the best!! Always very attentive to my questions and concerns and reapons quickly to my calls if i leave a message. The service is great and great team of individuals in the service center!!!!

My service representative, Rachel, was friendly and very accommodating. I didn't feel well, so she directed me to the customer lounge near the rear of the building, away from view. which allowed me to rest peacefully while I waited for ny vehicle to be serviced.

While we didn't end up getting the BMW, my wife and I can't fault the experience we had at the dealer. Our salesman Eric was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took us for test drives in three different vehicles, and made us feel very comfortable, even when my wife accidentally took us on a toll road. :) There was no pressure while we were there, and the entire "dealer" experience was a positive one. I spoke to Eric on the phone about the car we were interested in purchasing. He was able to answer all of my questions honestly and we set an appointment to meet him and see that car that evening. Upon arrival we were greeted and offered a beverage and then shown the car which had been cleaned, prepped and was ready for inspection and a test drive. Karen J Herbert, made the experience of buying my wife a new BMW easy. From the phone call to the dealer to acquire to see if the car was still available to coming down and taking a look at it. She was attentive, and patient, and worked with my schedule to come visit. Everyone at the dealer is friendly and kind. All my questions and concerns where answered professionally.
