My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Ron Askew. I just finished the best car buying experience. Ever! I won't get into all the negative details of my previous BMW experience, but I will say that it got escalated to BMW corporate, and they were the ones who recommended BMW of Silver Spring to help me find my new car. I visited the dealer today to plan ahead for my next vehicle purchase because I am leaving in 2 weeks for United States Army basic training. I went to about 3 dealerships and no one greeted me as I entered. Upon my arrival in less than 10 seconds Mr. Ron spotted me and asked if I need any help. My experience purchasing my new 528i xDrive was, and will always be memorable one. BMW in Silver Spring provided me with excellent care and quality service. I highly recommend Karen Herbert as a sales associate. She is very kind, understanding, and will look out for your best interest without sugar coating any details. Ron Askew is a true professional. He's patient, kind and helped me choose the correct car which ended up being the X5. The entire process was pleasant and I'm happy with my new lease and payment.
