Today I was at BMW of Silver Spring. I had a really nice experience with Eric and Troia, I am a long time BMW owner including 2008 7 series and 2013 3 series, we got a 535xi M Sport this time. Thank you guys.

We went to the dealership expecting to be pressured into a vehicle. That was NOT the case. To our surprise we had the BEST car buying experience ever. Everyone was helpful, courteous and attentive. Ron Askew is the best! He was helpful, patient, and got us a lower interest rate than the one we had already had been approved for. He got us a great deal on our X5! Not to mention, our genius, John, was able to to explain all of the technology in a very thorough and detailed manner. Excellent job!

This was my first time to this dealership because I noticed a vehicle online that I was interested taking for a test drive and if it was clean and well maintained was considering purchasing.
