I consider that in all the years that I have owned a car and had it serviced that this was the first time that I experienced the Service person actually servicing my car because he evaluated what needed to be done and he fixed it right there on the spot - saved me time and money! Mr. Barber was so caring when I told him that my windshield washer was not working. He checked it out and went to back to see if the part was available. Very professional, impressed with the entire experience. Even though I did not buy a car, I would go back because they treated me with respect and fairness, without doing anything. The show floor was impeccable, along with the lot presentation and layout. Jacob was also helpful and didn't pull any punches, I didn't have to wait 4-5 times to bargain out the price which was refreshing, especially from a dealership.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF TISHCER SINCE 1984 AND PURCHASE MY LAST BMW IN 2000. We purchased a 2011 X3 and Lonnie assisted us with the sale. My wife and I had been to several other BMW dealerships and were supremely dissatisfied with the customer service, hi-pressure tactics, and failure to adhere to previously agreed upon appointments. Very good experience. Bought my first BMW and had no problems with the process. Lonnie was great, professional and consistent with here information. I would strongly recommend this dealership and Lonnie. Only concern was paperwork regarding warranty. But this was corrected the next day.. Also no problem. I explanied the problem and it was corrected the same day..

Our experience in purchasing a car from BMW of Silver Spring, exceeded our expectations. Lonnie Overby assisted us in selecting a car and we felt Lonnie to be knowledgable, professional, personable and most important to us, he did not pressure us in any manner. Anthony Lucas assisted on the financial side and he was very helpful guiding us through different options re warranty, maintenance, etc. We plan to purchase another car within the year and look forward to dealing with both Lonnie and Anthony.

Working with Lonnie Overby was a very good experience. I felt very comfortable in talking with him and never felt pressured. He provided excellent customer service and kept me apprised of all progress on the deal. Anthony Lucas was also very good to work with. Customer service was excellent. Professional. Friendly, but not fake or effusive. Gave me my space to make a decision without pressure. Price was very fair on the used vehicle I purchased. I would say it was a great price, but I will need to wait a few years to ensure there are no problems with the used car.
