I purchased my 2007 BMW Z4 coupe 3.0si as a certified pre-owned from Michael Katzemburg, site unseen and had the car shipped to Texas. The whole process took about two weeks. I would recommend them. The transaction went smoothly and I would not hesitate to do it again.

We bought a certified pre-owned BMW 3 series from Silver Spring BMW. I called ahead to ask about a car I had seen listed on the website. Then I scheduled a trip there in two hours. Our sales rep, David, had the car ready for us when we got there as well as a packet of information about the car. He was knowlegeable and professional. The whole process went smoothly. Overall this was a first class car buying experience!

We bought our 2006 X-5 from Rick in 12/2008. In 3/2011, the CD player (newly installed when we bought the car) broke. The cost of a new one was over $1000. We called Rick & he sent us a CD player next day for just the cost of shipping! It's now installed and works great. Rick's a pleasure to deal with, and we'd definitely use this dealer again!
