This is my 3rd Certified BMW that I have purchased from Rick Lopez and first with Manny. As always, it was a simple, pain free process. From the first phone call to the finance office, everything was a breeze! They set me up with a killer deal on a beautiful car! BMW Silver Spring exceeded my expectations. I did a lot of research and visited multiple dealerships leading up to my purchase with BMW SS. They offered the best service, were the most forthcoming, and gave me the best price. Trifecta! A pet peeve of mine (and I'm sure the same applies to most other consumers) is when a dealership quotes you a price and then adds several "fees" in addition to the standard fee for delivery and dealer processing.
